Going forward

HempMonsters goal is to promote all hemp building companies, be it prefab, spray applied, in-situ, blocks, etc etc. We want to promote you all and spread the word about hempcrete in the building industry. Living in Sweden we are slowly seeing the spread of hemp products and the biggest stumbling block it seems is access to local sourced fiber and also processing machinery.

This all can change with a push of marketing hempcrete products and knowledge throughout the building industry sector and by connecting farmers who have fibre available for the industry.

The built environment generates nearly 50% of annual global CO2 emissions.

Of those total emissions, building operations are responsible for 27% annually, while building materials and construction (typically referred to as embodied carbon) are responsible for an additional 20% annually.
